Small Groups
“Liberty’s Mission is To Lead People to New Life in Jesus Christ & Together Discover the Joy of…COMMUNITY, MINISTRY, GENEROSITY & FAMILY.”
What are Small Groups?
Small Groups are gatherings of people (10-15) who are looking to grow in their walk with Christ and build relationships with others. Our goal at Liberty is to help you build community with other people who are in similar stages of life and to provide encouragement, relevant answers to life’s questions, and real friendships. This is where you will form relationships and be challenged to grow spiritually.
How do Small Groups work?
Short-term Small Groups (8 weeks) meet on Sunday evenings on campus and are geared toward marriage, parenting, and other life-application topics. Childcare is provided. Short-term Life Groups are scheduled in the Winter/Spring and Fall. Another group for Women is Liberty MOMS. This group meets from September to May on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month.
On-going Small Groups meet in homes or on our campus at various times and places throughout the week. Some offer childcare while others do not. There are groups for men, women, and married couples. There is also a young adult group. On-going Life Groups meet year-round with some variations around Holidays and in the Summer.
Want to lead a group?
We would love to get you started. You don’t have to be a Bible Scholar but you may have some questions about how to lead a group. Everyone who wants to be a group leader will receive training. We look forward to equipping and providing you resources to develop you into a group leader role.
