OUTREACH & PARTNERSHIPS
Five N Two Food Pantry provides over 4,000 individuals in Harnett County with meat, produce and can goods each month.
How Liberty Partners with Five and Two: Liberty provides monthly financial support to Five and Two, holds food drives, and helps clean and organize the food pantry.
Habitat for Humanity partners with people in our community, and all over the world, to help them build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage.
How Liberty Partners with Habitat for Humanity: We have a relationship with the HFH in Harnett County. We served as a drop-off point for furnishings and home items in the Fall 2019 and also have volunteers serving on the Harnett County Board of Directors.
World Help is a Christian humanitarian organization committed to serving the physical and spiritual needs of people in impoverished communities around the world.
How Liberty Partners with World Help: Regularly hosts the Children of the World Choir, encourages our church family to partner with the Child Sponsorship Program.
Operation Christmas Child’s mission is to provide local partners around the world with shoeboxes filled with small toys, hygiene items, and school supplies as a means of reaching out to children in their own communities with the Good News of Jesus Christ.
How Liberty Partners with Operation Christmas Child: Each Christmas Liberty provides shoe boxes to our Faith Family to participate in OCC. For Christmas 2020, Liberty packed 368 boxes.
Human Coalition is committed to ending abortion in America by rescuing children and serving families in key, abortion-riddled communities nationwide, because every human life – born and preborn – is a unique and precious work of divine Art.
How Liberty Partners with Human Coalition: We provide financial support, and we have also helped some of Human Coalition’s clients with utility bills, baby supplies, etc. A Liberty baby bottle drive also provided financial support to the organization.
Carolina College of Biblical Studies exists to disciple Christ-followers, through biblical higher education, for a lifetime of effective servant leadership.
How Liberty Partners with Carolina College of Biblical Studies: Liberty provides monthly support to CCBS. A number of our Ministry Partners also serve on the board of directors.
Feed the Hunger is a Christian mission organization that helps people in spiritual and physical need. Feed the Hunger equips Christian leaders to feed spiritual hunger with tools like Bibles, bicycles, and micro-enterprise projects. Physical hunger is met through the provision of nutritious food, clean water, and emergency aid and resources.
How Liberty Partners with Feed the Hunger: Each year Liberty holds a packathon on campus where Liberty Ministry Partners pack thousands of meals that will be distributed through Feed the Hunger.
Liberty helps support 32 missionaries in sharing the gospel worldwide.
How Liberty Partners with our missionaries: Liberty provides monthly prayer and financial support. During the last year, we also hosted three of our missionary families for a weekend of them sharing updates with the church family and us providing encouragement.
